What We Do
We efficiently Source, Produce and Deliver the top-quality goods you need as quickly as possible at the best possible prices. We leverage our 40+ year history of sourcing goods in China to find you the best solution to your overseas sourcing challenges.

1. Communication
We seek to thoroughly understand your needs and expectations. We gather as much information as possible about the product you envision, its uses, quality standards, and anticipated quantity requirements.

2. Design
Our production experts analyze your drawings and descriptions. They look for any potential problems and suggest design modifications they think will reduce production costs, improve manufacturing efficiency, or improve your product’s performance.

3. Source
We meticulously describe your design and production requirements and solicit bids from suppliers we know and trust. After carefully reviewing proposals and considering raw material and production costs and each supplier’s experience with similar products, we recommend a source for your project.

4. Proposal
We provide you with a quote and time frame for producing your product and report on any possible production risks, including potential dimension deviations or finish limitations. We may also inform you about alternative domestic material availability.

5. Factory Audit
After you accept our proposal, we will audit the production facility before beginning production. We confirm that the factory conforms to industry safety standards for workers and the machinery has been recently checked and serviced.
Our inspectors make sure management personnel and work floor staffing are sufficient, and there are enough machines available for efficient manufacturing. We also check for proper government documentation and financial solvency before we authorized the start of work.

6. Tooling and Sampling
After reviewing the design specifications, appearance expectations, and critical dimension and performance requirements with the chosen facility, we authorize the production of a sample. After inspecting the sample and confirming its material accuracy and production quality, we get the model to you for your approval.

7. Production
Once you approve a sample, we reinspect the supply factory and review your requirements and expectations with their management team. We confirm the raw material availability and approve the production process flow before the start of production. We also inspect and approve or improve the packaging, security, and transport plans at that time.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate every step of shipping and delivery. We communicate with the freight forwarder to arrange pickup, transport, and delivery. We manage all customs documentation, including HS Codes, tariffs, and required certificates. We monitor all shipments from pickup at the factory dock, through customs, and ending with the delivery of your products at your door.
Procurement Spend As One Of Your Most Valuable Assets
Consider this: If a company’s spend on non-payroll expenses is greater than its EBITDA, then a 1% decrease in spend will increase EBITDA by more than 1%. In most cases, a company’s procurement spend is many times its EBITDA, so a 10% reduction in spend may make a 20% to 40% improvement in EBITDA. There are few performance-improvement levers that offer such a dramatic, immediate impact. Most companies would need $5 to $20 in net new sales to generate a single dollar in EBITDA impact.
